Brian Lovegrove has spent the past 30+ years seeking ways to improve, grow, and succeed. His mission in life is to help others realize their true calling, to discover their passion, and encourage the pursuit of incredible excellence. He wants to help you reach your full potential.
I was introduced to personal development when I was quite young. In the car, my father would listen to the likes of Earl Nightingale, Zig Ziglar, and Jim Rohn. This was back before the iPods and noise cancelling headphones, so I didn’t get a choice in what I got stuck listening to. Some of that stuff actually made sense! I liked Zig’s stories the best. I also realized I didn’t want to work for someone else’s dreams. I wanted to be in charge of my own destiny. The path I have traveled over the past 30 years has been far from straight and upwards.
I have spent a lot of time learning and teaching the concepts of personal growth and professional development. Along the way, I had jobs training and leading teams, ran my own businesses, served 10 years in the Air National Guard and raised two amazing children along the way.
Over the past few years, it became clear to me that the path I was on needed to change. I was at one of those major life stages and wanted to drastically change the direction I was going. In the summer of 2016, I became a certified coach, trainer, & speaker with the John Maxwell Team In 2017, I completed my Strategic Intervention Coach certification with the Robbins-Madanes team led by Tony Robbins and Cloe Madanes and became a board-certified coach.
In pursuing my mission of helping others grow and succeed, to discover their passion, and promote the pursuit of incredible excellence, I founded the Summit Coaching and Training Institute and continue to lead its growth and impact on the world.
